Ingredients
  

For the Base
  • 1 pound chicken breasts boneless and skinless
  • 1 cup long-grain rice uncooked
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For the Topping
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1/2 cup cucumber diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill chopped
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbled

Method
 

Preparing the Base
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large baking dish, combine the uncooked rice, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture, making sure they are evenly spaced.
Baking the Dish
  1. Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  3. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the rice is tender.
Adding the Topping
  1. Once cooked, remove the dish from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  2. Top the chicken with tzatziki sauce, diced cucumber, chopped dill, and crumbled feta cheese.
  3. Serve warm and enjoy your meal!
