These delightful tartlets feature creamy baked brie and tangy cranberry sauce wrapped in flaky crescent roll dough, perfect for appetizers or holiday gatherings.

Ingredients
  

For the Base
  • 2 packages crescent roll dough 2 cans of refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 wheel brie cheese about 8 ounces
For the Topping
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce can be homemade or store-bought
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary finely chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Tartlets
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Press each triangle into the bottom and up the sides of a greased muffin tin.
  3. Cut the brie cheese into small pieces and place a piece in the center of each crescent dough triangle.
  4. Top each piece of brie with about a tablespoon of cranberry sauce.
Bake the Tartlets
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crescent dough is golden brown.
  2. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before removing from the muffin tin.
Serve
  1. Sprinkle the tartlets with chopped fresh rosemary before serving for an added touch of flavor.
  2. Serve warm and enjoy!
